Your responsibilities

• First point of contact for our national and international business partners, customers and interested parties on the phone and personally
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Supporting the team in the coordination of appointments, events and other daily activities
• Data maintenance in our CRM system
• Creating and editing letting exposés, templates and presentations
• General office organisation / ordering and managing office supplies and equipment
• Support in the supervision of student employees / interns / trainees
• IT support
  
  

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. in office management or the hotel industry
• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a property management context
• Structured way of working and ability to act independently
• Confident handling of MS Office programmes and IT affinity
• Experience in working with CRM programmes, ideally ‘EstatePro’
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good time management, a high level of self-motivation and a service-orientated manner
• Creativity, sociability, hands-on mentality
