This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education
• Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience & Skills
• Extensive experience in strategic procurement or a related functional area
• Proficient knowledge in Integrated Circuits (Analog, Opto, Micro and Custom ICs and Wireless Connectivity) and cross-functional purchasing councils
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex ecosystems and networks within the business and SCM dedicated functions
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial and contract law expertise with a focus on procurement processes
• Ways of working
• Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented and strategic mindset
• Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and supplier C-suite contacts
• Languages
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
