As a member of the loans taskforce, you will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, tackling complex projects and collaborating across multiple departments within our organization. The taskforce operates closely with IT leadership to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.

Your Qualifications

Must have

• A passion for software development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration within the organization.
• (Very) good skills in Java/Spring Boot
• Good understanding of React/Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript
• High willingness to learn and motivation to continually familiarize yourself with new technologies, programming languages and setups
• (Very) good grades

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership for implementing key and complex projects for our loan comparison platform
• Independently analyze existing systems, plan and develop frontend and/or backend applications
• Lead technical discussions and collaborate effectively with various teams to develop the best technical solutions
• Manage and prioritize requirements, considering both technical and business needs
• Identify and resolve complex challenges throughout project execution
