WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You develop and implement legal plans to ensure compliance with domestic and international laws, supporting the company's growth objectives
• You review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including those with international customers and partners, while supporting negotiations with an entrepreneurial mindset
• You advise on Commercial, IP, IT law, and GDPR matters, providing guidance to specialist departments on contract documents and conclusions
• You manage and resolve disputes and litigation, coordinate with external counsel, and oversee legal proceedings to achieve favorable outcomes
• You collaborate with our Professional Services lawyers and Chief People Officer on projects, ensuring a legally compliant structure
• You ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks by staying abreast of changes in laws affecting the SaaS industry

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO STRIVE IN YOUR NEW POSITION

• Fully qualified lawyer with 5+ years' experience in IT, business, and commercial law (IP, Software contracts, GDPR)
• Skilled in navigating complex legal landscapes in the SaaS industry and international environments
• Strong commercial acumen, aligning legal solutions with company growth objectives
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, delivering results under pressure
• Adept at analyzing legal issues and crafting innovative solutions
• Professional and proactive in client and colleague interactions
• Fluent in English and German for effective legal communication and contract negotiation
