About the Role: As a Customer Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our customers in the entertainment industry. Your main responsibilities will involve handling customer inquiries via chat and email, with only a small portion of your time (5-10%) spent on inbound calls. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.

What You’ll Need:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken)
  • Strong English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a passion for sports
  • Strong organizational skills, with a talent for decision-making and problem-solving
  • Proficient typing skills and familiarity with computer applications (particularly MS Office)
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach
  • Eligibility to work in Bulgaria: Only EU citizens or holders of a Bulgarian Residence Card (No visa support for non-EU citizens)
  • A high school diploma (Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required)
