Area of responsibilities:
- Dedicated responsibility for content management for the CYBEX Ecom & Brand website, including all day-to-day operational aspects like editing, enhancing, and publishing web content in accordance with company style guidelines and applicable standards.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content performance to ensure alignment with business goals and to optimize the impact of content on customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Drive the definition of further requirements for the digital platform in close alignment with E-Commerce to provide the best digital customer experience, including SEO optimization of website content and leveraging analytics tools to measure and improve content performance.
- Lead a smaller stream within the content team, overseeing specific projects or initiatives while fostering collaboration, providing guidance, and ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Build, set up, and support consumer lifetime journeys within our content area, ensuring cohesive, engaging, and impactful touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
- Combine engaging brand content with high-end digital product presentation and create localized sites and user stories by working with translation agencies, understanding cultural nuances, and leveraging localization technologies and incorporating personalization concepts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the marketing and content production processes, and work closely with different e-Commerce teams to create an outstanding brand and user experience.
- Set up processes to secure on-time availability of content as well as consistently high-quality standards, especially through the integration of different tools and systems in close cooperation with the content team and other departments.
- Manage and coordinate with the team relevant translation processes with different markets to ensure timely delivery and high-quality localized content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by applying best practices in areas such as UX writing, mobile-first content strategies, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- A degree in a relevant field such as Fashion, e-Commerce, Design, Marketing, Economics, or similar.
- 3-5 years and profound experience in the field of website management and e-Commerce, with demonstrable expertise in content management and working with CMS systems such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Adobe Experience Manager, or WordPress.
- A creative and conceptual thinker who is confident working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and not yet precisely defined organizational structure.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, such as managing small teams or mentoring junior staff, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive projects to success.
- Proven ability to multitask and reprioritize quickly while maintaining a hands-on, self-starter attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Strong knowledge of digital content strategies, including SEO, analytics tools, and creating engaging content tailored to diverse digital platforms and audiences.
- Enthusiasm and ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations, embracing a collaborative and cross-cultural approach.
- Excellent English language skills. Proficiency in another language, such as German, Arabic, or Japanese, would be highly advantageous.
