- Manage and optimize the HubSpot platform, including workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, and reporting
- Design and implement marketing automation processes to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
- Ensure data accuracy and system reliability by monitoring and troubleshooting HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce CRM
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to track marketing performance and ROI
- Analyze and improve marketing and sales processes, designing scalable workflows to support business growth
- An experienced marketing automation professional with a strong focus on HubSpot administration
- Skilled in Salesforce CRM and its integration with HubSpot, ensuring smooth collaboration between marketing and sales teams
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into impactful strategies
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, international environments
- Organized and proactive, with a passion for streamlining processes and driving business success
