• Manage and optimize the HubSpot platform, including workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, and reporting
• Design and implement marketing automation processes to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability by monitoring and troubleshooting HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce CRM
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to track marketing performance and ROI
• Analyze and improve marketing and sales processes, designing scalable workflows to support business growth

• An experienced marketing automation professional with a strong focus on HubSpot administration
• Skilled in Salesforce CRM and its integration with HubSpot, ensuring smooth collaboration between marketing and sales teams
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into impactful strategies
• A strong communicator and collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, international environments
• Organized and proactive, with a passion for streamlining processes and driving business success
