Your Role

• You contribute your expertise and your experience as part of a team to create solutions based on Siemens Teamcenter.
• You analyze existing systems, gather requirements, and IT processes and create design specifications.
• You implement solutions based on Siemens Teamcenter through configuration and customization.
• You contribute to proposals for new Teamcenter projects in close collaboration with solution architects and experts from other domains (e. g. project management, business analysis, cloud & infrastructure).
• You identify new areas for action, propose optimizations, and present innovative solutions to excite customers every day.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed degree in engineering, computer science, or business computing, or a comparable qualification.
• Many years of professional experience as a developer for Siemens Teamcenter and Active Workspace.
• Extensive experience in hands-on configuration (e.g., in BMIDE, Workflow Builder, Access Manager) and customization (e.g., HTML, NodeJS, C++, XML).
• Good to very good knowledge of one or more scripting languages (e.g., bash, Windows batch, PowerShell, Python, Perl) as well as in source code management (git, Subversion) and ALM tools (Jira/Confluence, Polarion, etc.).
• Experience with modelling methods and tools (e.g., UML) and in agile projects, e.g. Scrum.
• Due to remote position, willingness to travel and fluency in English.
