The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

This position is office-based (hybrid) in Munich

It’s time to bring your best and make your mark. Join the Revenue and Success Team at Personio, using your subject-matter expertise to build relationships with our customers and help them maximise their value every day. Together, we’re solving real problems for real people.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • You are responsible for managing your own customer portfolio, to retain and grow your customers and are accountable for their long-term success with Personio.
  • You utilize automated processes to renew your customer’s subscription, identify upsell opportunities, prepare offers & negotiate prices.
  • You generate expansion MRR via proactive calling outreach or scaled initiatives, such as campaign management or webinars that support customers discover the value of Personio’s products and to grow.
  • You support many programs (e.g. webinars, automated mailing campaigns, on-demand videos) to efficiently and effectively drive customer retention and growth at scale.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics, business administration or marketing or a comparable course of study.
  • You have gained first professional experience in the areas of sales, account management, marketing or project management.
  • You bring a high level of independence, can organize yourself effectively and are not afraid to take on responsibility.
  • You bring the motivation to work directly with customers, and are eager to develop account management and sales skills.
  • You are a strong communicator, with very good written and spoken German (C2 level) and English skills.
  • You are software-savvy and have already worked with CRM softwares, project management tools, and email programs (e.g. Salesforce, Groove, Gmail, Notion, Confluence).
  • You are a team player and motivated to work across departments in an international and fast-growing environment.
