YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE CONCEPTION AND PROVISIONING OF ANALYTICAL USE CASES AND SOLUTIONS.

Become a key contributor to our data analytics initiatives, focused on delivering impactful use cases and solutions. As a Data & Analytics Consultant specializing in dashboarding and business intelligence, you will have the opportunity to generate actionable insights by analyzing and visualizing data that help stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

As part of a team of Data & Analytics Consultants with various levels of experience, you will be responsible for the conception and creation of dashboards with Power BI and Tableau, and consulting customers with regards to data visualization solutions. You will play an important part in translating customer requirements and needs into impactful insights within an agile environment.

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven track record with Tableau or Power BI with at least 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders in a comprehensible way
• You show strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present and explain analytical concepts
• Solid consultancy skills (e.g. stakeholder engagement and management, workshop facilitation, presentations)
• You understand how key performance indicators (KPIs) are used to measure and drive business outcomes
• You have at least a foundational understanding of statistics and are keen to expand your knowledge

IT’S ALSO NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in working with SQL, Python or R
• Experience with a range of tools for data collection, data analytics, and reporting
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools
• Experience working in an agile environment and tools such as Confluence and Jira

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

• Willingness to travel from time-to-time (across Germany)
• Openness and ability to work with remote teams
• Fluent in German (min. B2-C1 level), proficient in English
• Permanent residence in Germany (Employment from abroad is not possible)
