Your Position
As the CRM Manager at Lanes & Planes, you will be the go-to expert for all systems & tools that drive sales. Your core responsibility will be overseeing the CRM system (HubSpot), optimizing its use, and ensuring it fully supports the needs of the sales and marketing teams. In addition, you will have ownership of various other tools used across the sales process, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and reporting tools.This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in the success of a rapidly growing SaaS company. As the CRM Manager at Lanes & Planes, you will be the go-to expert for all systems & tools that drive sales. Your core responsibility will be overseeing the CRM system (HubSpot), optimizing its use, and ensuring it fully supports the needs of the sales and marketing teams. In addition, you will have ownership of various other tools used across the sales process, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and reporting tools.This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in the success of a rapidly growing SaaS company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless technology integration and process optimization.
Your every day work routine
- CRM Management: Own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM system (Hubspot). Ensure the CRM is utilized effectively across the sales team and is aligned with business goals.
- System Ownership: Manage additional sales-related tools and systems (e.g., Lead scoring, Prospecting tools). Ensure all systems work together cohesively to streamline sales workflows.
- Sales Data Management: Oversee the data quality and integrity within the CRM. Ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable for decision-making and reporting.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows within the CRM to improve sales productivity and efficiency. Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure sales operations run smoothly.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on how to best use the CRM and other sales tools. Serve as the internal expert for troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challenges.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT teams to understand requirements and ensure the systems are working effectively for each department.
- System Integrations: Lead integration efforts with other business systems (ERP, marketing automation platforms, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across all platforms.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with third-party vendors for CRM tools and other sales systems.
- Sales Reporting: Support in maintaining dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and other KPIs for the Sales leadership team.
- Experience: Preferably 3-5 years of experience in CRM management (preferably HubSpot), with at least 1-2 years in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM configurations, integrations, automation tools, and data management practices. Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages is a plus.
- Process-Oriented: Strong project management skills with the ability to design and implement effective sales processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex CRM issues and suggest practical solutions.
- Language: Fluency in both English and German is preferred (but not required).
- Previous experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with other sales-related tools such as Demodesk, Cloudtalk, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
